Being situated in the heart of the city of Chiang Mai, this hotel is in a convenient location for sightseeing and enjoying the beauty of Lanna culture. Established on Loikroh Road, the hotel is close to historic sites such as the Ta-Pae Gate and Wat Prasing.

The Raming Restaurant is open daily from 06:30 to 12:00.

The breakfast buffet is served from 06:30 to 10:00.

There is a compulsory Gala Dinner on 31 December 2007 at an additional cost for adults. Children from 1 to 8 years old are charged at half of the adult price.

Raming Lodge is only 5 minutes walking distance from the Night Bazaar, the famous shopping area in Chiang Mai. On weekdays, you can enjoy walking through the street near the hotel.

Please note room rate on 31 December 2008, 13 April 2009 is inclusive of compulsory Gala Dinner in New year and Songkran Festival for 2 adults.

The staff couldn't be more helpful. Very professional & very nice to deal with. 5 stars for them. The bell boys couldn't do enough for you, they were excellent.

We booked a Deluxe Room, thankfully we hadn't booked a Standard, I wondered what quality that one because the Deluxe was certainly not deluxe.The rooms are old & the bed is very uncomfortable. Mini bar was free but it only contained a can of coke, orange & 2 beers! I've had free mini bars in other hotels & they were fully stocked so this was misleading.

size and comfort of the room - best breakfast ever served as much as you can eat. Good position central yet quiet. Would not hestitate to stay again

English speaking staff limited.However we found a girl in the foyer at her own desk away from actual reception counter who spoke english and who sorted out a major problem for us with regard to a tour booking mix up. No complaints whatsoever.

The front desk is really helpfull and taking care of every single detail, we arrived early in the morning and the staff manage to provide us with a room and also help us to book transport and tours. Staff very kind and hotel is clean.

The hotel is a 4 star according to european standards. It is very well situated, near the night market. The price is very cheap, really economic.

The breakfast was a little bit simple, not much variety and it was situated outdoor near the street. The pool was situated in front of the back door of the hotel, so you have to cross the street to arrive
